Arrive to find a closed due to Worldwide Computer issue sign, called 2 and spoke to 2 different representatives… very cordial and polite! Just asked to keep checking in or to stop back in the next business day, no appointments needed. Very professional even during this stressful time!

In settling my brother's estate, I had a number of transactions I needed to complete. In many of my encounters, I worked with Alice, who was patient, and went above the call of duty to explain, highlight and ensure I was filling documents out correctly. Many of the transactions were complicated, but she was a professional. Kind and helpful. Making a reservation certainly is helpful, but all of the employees are efficient and helpful.

I made the first available appointment of the day and was happy to see a separate line for appts, so I was taken before the other 10 people waiting. As I was doing both an enhanced ID upgrade and a car registration, I was not sure how long I would be there, but they had me out within 45 minutes which was great! Both people that worked with me were helpful and answered any of my questions. Using the online document review ahead of time to make sure I had everything I needed was definitely a time saver too!
