I had a great experience at the Cortland County DMV on Friday, June 13, 2025. I wish I had written down the name of the lady who processed my paperwork. She truly did a remarkable job! She was pleasant, kind and knew exactly what I wanted to do. I wish I could remember her name as she deserves to be commended and noticed for her excellent customer service!

The appointment made all the difference. Walked right in, waited less than a minute. 3 issues, all resolved within 5 minutes. Great Service!

Excellent. Had made an appointment for Enhanced DLIC . All the staff was very nice. I didn’t realize there was a blue dorm to fill out, but filled it out and got back into the Appointment line. I think I was out in less than 30 minutes.

The online reservations was the best idea the DMV has ever come up with. The whole transaction from start to finish with six and a half minutes. I will not hesitate to do this again
