I cannot stress enough how stress FREE every single trip to the Cortland County DMV is. I go to this DMV frequently for work and today I took a client to finalize her Permit application and arrived at 1:00pm and was out of there in 20 minutes!!!!
The staff are personable, patient and efficient everyday and I am always in awww leaving there having yet ANOTHER great experience!!
